To ensure zero-disruption chauffeured journeys and protect cardholders against fraud, ONWAY BLACK CARS adheres to strict financial verification and advance reservation policies.

Advance Reservation Confirmation

To confirm and secure your executive reservation, 100% payment is required in advance prior to dispatch. Vehicle assignments, driver staging, and flight tracking are guaranteed upon receipt of full payment.

3.8% Credit Card Processing Surcharge NoticePlease note that a 3.8% processing fee will be added to the total invoice amount for all credit card transactions.

Security & Fraud Prevention Verification

Required for all credit card transactions

To protect cardholders and prevent unauthorized credit card usage, the following verification documents are mandatory prior to dispatch confirmation:

1. Credit Card Verification CopyA clear, readable copy of the front and back of the credit card used for payment.

2. Photo IdentificationA clear copy of the front and back of the cardholder's government-issued photo ID (Driver's License or Passport).

3. Name Matching RequirementThe cardholder's name must exactly match the booking details and the government-issued photo ID provided.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Deposit: 30% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.

• Cancellations More Than 72 Hours Prior: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a refund of the remaining 70%.

• Cancellations Within 72 Hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund of the remaining refundable balance.

• Within 24–48 Hours & No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled service or in the event of a no-show.
