1. Operating Intermediary Model
ONWAY BLACK CARS operates as a luxury ground transportation intermediary booking platform connecting passengers with licensed, independent professional chauffeur partners and regional fleet operators adhering to DOT and TLC guidelines.
2. Flat-Rate Pricing & Transparency
All confirmed reservations feature flat-rate pricing inclusive of estimated tolls, airport fees, and chauffeur gratuity. Any additional stops, wait times beyond complimentary thresholds, or route modifications requested by the passenger during transit may incur adjusted charges.
3. Flexible Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for standard luxury sedans and SUVs must be made at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. For executive Sprinters, stretch limousines, and specialty fleet vehicles, cancellation notices are required at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure.
